Hi Douglas,
Sorry to hear this, but i do wish that you had contacted us first before posting here. Anyway, we will offer a full refund and we are now looking into the quality of the mugs and as such will be removed from sale to save further people experiencing what you have. Sales has not been one of our stronger points in the society, hopefully soon to change with a new fundraising team.
We dont aim to sell dodgey stock and rip people off, but if we dont know of a problem we cannot solve it, we are very open and always reply to peoples questions or problems as soon as 'home life' allows.
Could you email me on chris.bailyATd8233.org.uk with your how you wish to be refunded etc.
Many thanks
Chris Baily

Whilst not being critical as such, I just feel I need to warn others and to tell the D8233 peeps to get a better supplier of transfers!!

As Chris has said, posting on here in the first instance isn't really the best way of informing the D8233 chaps

Just to advise that I've had a mug for a year or two and have had no problems with it. No problems with the dishwasher either (well she hasn't dropped the mug....... ).

Don't worry about it - the money was meant more as a donation anyway.

Anyway sorry for presenting the problem in the original post like that.
