Peak info required

Postby Mike Kerry » 14 Dec 2008 17:55

To celebrate the 50th birthday of Great Gable next year, amongst the Peak related activities planned by the Peak Loco Co is to produce a book in the form of a diary showing the whereabouts of our fleet (44004, 45041, 46045 or D4, D53 & D182 if you prefer) during their BR careers. The book is also to include 45133 (D40) rather than 45108 since the data collected so far is too advanced to change. We have amassed about 80 pages of gen so far from TOPS reports, sightings, haulage records, books, photo records and web sites but to make the work as complete as possible would like to include any info on these four locos that you may have in your personal collections and records. If you can mail me with this for inclusion that would be lovely. Please state loco, date seen, location and train info where possible so we can creat as complete a record as possible.

Cut out the middle man and send it direct to me - mk44004ATmsn.com

Thanks in advance
