Notes: 47295 was purchased from Freightliner in 2003, minus bogies, with the intention of using the power unit to replace the scrap unit in 47376. Once the power unit was removed the loco was stored at Ashchurch as a long term restoration project, however events proved otherwise and the loco was sold to HNRC for potential re-use in May 2008. |
